Grey founded Madison Street Strategies in early 2019, bringing nearly a decade of public service experience to the team. Most recently, he served as the Policy Director for the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, where he advised senior leadership on workforce, community and economic development policies. He was instrumental in launching Florida's private sector recovery efforts after Hurricanes Irma and Michael and worked closely with communities all over the state to nominate Florida's 427 Opportunity Zones. Grey has extensive policy experience, having previously served as the Governor's Fellow for the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, in the Florida House of Representatives, as a policy fellow to New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez, and as a legislative assistant in the Florida Senate. Grey earned his MBA and his JD from the Florida State University.
