Craig Bernstein is the Chief Investment Officer at OPZ Bernstein and one of the nation's foremost  Opportunity Zone experts. He has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, construction, development, financing, asset management, property management and leasing. 
 
Craig has contributed to stories for The New York Times, Associated Press, Washington Post and CNBC and has spoken across the nation about the Opportunity Zone program.
 
Prior to founding OPZ Bernstein, Mr. Bernstein was the Chief Investment Officer of White Star Investments, a prominent single-family investment office in Bethesda, MD. Previously, he was one of the youngest directors in the history of Cushman and Wakefield.
